Jan 30 – April 4: Season for Nonviolence Public Art Display in the ViBe District
In the ViBe Creative District from January 30 – April 4th, a public art display of the 40 VBSchools winning poetry and poster contest entries from 2023 will be reproduced large scale and display along a fence at Parks Avenue and 21st Street during the Season for Nonviolence as an awareness campaign. Additionally, the ViBe District will distribute posters at Oceanfront Kiosks, VB Libraries and VB Schools with resources available to the public. ViBe’s Season for Nonviolence efforts are funded in part by a grant from the Virginia Beach Arts & Humanities Commission as well as private citizens.
